2022 RTC Networks Scholarships

High School Senior? Deadline to apply is March 1 ,2022.

For the past 6 years, RTC Networks has been awarding four $2,500 scholarships to seniors across their service area. RTC Networks is excited to share that this year, they will be awarding up to $40,000.

“RTC Networks is excited to give even more students, in our service area, the opportunity to benefit from the scholarship program,” says Shannon Stafslien, RTC Networks Marketing Manager.

In 2022, RTC Networks will award up to $40,000 in college scholarships to graduating high school seniors entering their freshman year of college, in the fall of 2022. Individual awards will range from $1,000 to $2,500. The application is available online at www.myRTCNetworks.com/scholarships and graduating seniors who meet the criteria list on RTC Networks website are eligible to apply. To be eligible, applicant’s parent or guardian must be a current member of RTC Networks. All applications must be submitted online by 11:59pm on March 1, 2022.

RTC Networks also participates in the Foundation for Rural Service (FRS) college scholarship program. FRS has awarded over $1 million in scholarships since its inception; empowering rural students throughout the country to advance their communities with invaluable skill sets and experiences. Individual awards will range from $500-$7,000. To be eligible for the FRS scholarship, applicants must receive telecommunications service from a current NTCA member, such as RTC Networks. The FRS scholarship gives preference to those applicants interested in returning to a rural community following graduation. One application qualifies a student for all available FRS scholarships. The FRS scholarship application must be completed online by February 25,2022.
