RTC Networks Acquires Midstate; Working Together to Bring Connectivity Services to Our Local Areas

PARSHALL, ND and STANLEY, ND, September 14th ,2021 –

RTC Networks is pleased to announce that it will be purchasing Midstate Telephone LLC and Midstate Communications, Inc. The agreement has been approved by the Board of Directors of both companies.  The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of 2021, pending approval from the Federal Communication Commission (FCC).
