RTC Networks is pleased to announce that after final approval from the Federal Communication Commission (FCC), the purchase of Midstate Telephone LLC and Midstate Communications, Inc. has been completed and operations were handed over, from Midstate to RTC Networks, on January 1.

“We want to thank the Wilhelmi family for their service to Stanley, Portal, Medora, Beach, Golva and the surrounding areas. We are grateful and excited for the opportunity to build on the great work they have done, and we look forward to being a part of these communities,” says Shane Hart, RTC Networks’ CEO/General Manager.

Hart added: “It will take some time to integrate Midstate customers’ current broadband, phone and TV service onto our network, but in the end, we will do our best to provide the best service possible. We are confident that former Midstate customers will be satisfied with the services RTC Networks has to offer and encourage new customers to reach out to us with any questions or concerns during this transition.”
